Acerca del libro electrónico
The goal is to bring your beliefs up to the level of observation one at a time; so you can hold them up to the light of your own intelligence. Why? In order to find of out you choose to keep them or not.
Most of us have been told by our parents things like: Money doesn't grow on trees, you've got to work hard to succeed, there's no free lunch, and on and on. We also pick-up beliefs from friends, relatives, the media, books, etc.
The problem is, we often get careless and just go along with what everyone else thinks.
What we forget is, that our beliefs help create what happens to us; so without consciously choosing, our live go awry and we can't figure out why.
Meditation Q&A will help you observe our beliefs; so you can start to recognize that it's your mind and you can think what you want, rather than letting your mind chatter tell you what to believe.
In my opinion, it's the only intelligent approach to living life.

Acerca del creador
Photography is my love. Being a third generation semi pro photographer, put a Kodak Brownie Hawkeye camera in my hands at age eight. I’ve been taking photos ever since My passions include unique, fun, upbeat music, interesting photographic images, memorable movies, clever jokes, modern fashion, unique fragrances, traveling to Europe, great food, creative, open-minded people, new technology, geeky science stuff, train trips, factory tours, metaphysics, tasty red wine, luxury travel and hanging out at a few favorite spots here in San Francisco and abroad. Some of my favorite things has lead me to several books, with my road trip to Monterey and Big Sur as one of my favorites. I’ve made this trip countless times, and it’s always amazing to me. Growing up on the Monterey Peninsula was clearly a privilege I treasure to this day. I love working on all my projects and never seem to tire of creating new and fun things to do, which I LOVE to share with others.
