Un’immagine. Cosa può raccontare un’immagine? Se vissuta, può far ricordare un istante, far scatenare un sorriso, evocare un’emozione, scendere una lacrima …. può essere un semplice reportage archiviato nella memoria remota di un computer o un album di ricordi in grado di suscitare emozioni.

2010. Un anno come tanti che per noi però è stato significativo: abbiamo avuto la possibilità di partecipare a tanti eventi, tutti piacevoli: da quelli in terra americana di Daytona e Sturgis, ai nostrani organizzati dai Chapter italiani, dagli amici, da vari gruppi biker; dall’European Bike Week di Faaker See all’ultima avventura in territorio giapponese per il meeting di Yokohama: tante esperienze e tante, tante foto. Insomma un anno incredibile e indimenticabile!

Nasce così l’idea di unire questi due mondi, quello delle immagini e quello dei viaggi in moto, delle persone incontrate nei vari eventi o conosciute lungo la strada, degli amici ritrovati in giro per il mondo, dei personaggi dell’ambiente Harley-Davidson e Custom in genere, persone che dedicano la loro vita a coltivare una passione, che sono felici di raccontarti come hanno realizzato un pezzo della loro moto, che ti aprono il cuore perché condividi le loro stesse emozioni.

Questa pubblicazione è una raccolta fotografica di ricordi ed emozioni, che racconta gli eventi così come sono stati vissuti. Un libro che può incuriosire chi non conosce il mondo biker e che farà appassionare quelli che questo mondo lo vivono.

Ma si riuscirà mai a raccontare l’emozione che può regalarti un compagno di viaggio quando lungo la strada che sta percorrendo insieme a te si alza in piedi sulla sua moto come un angelo?



A picture. What could a picture tell us? If you witnessed it, it could remind you a moment, unleash a smile, evoke an emotion, let a tear running down… it could also be a simple reportage stored as a file in a computer drive or even a memory book which could arouse emotions.

2010. An year like many others, but rather significant for us: we had the chance to be part of so many events and all of them were awesome: Daytona and Sturgis in the US and all those meetings in Italy, organized by the Italian Chapters, friends and several groups of bikers; the European Bike Week in Faaker See and the latest adventure in Japan: the Yokohama meeting. So many experiences and so many pictures. An unbelievable and unforgettable year!

That’s how this concept was born: we put together these two worlds, mixing imagines and trips on the bike, people we met both during the many events or along the road, friends from around the world and those characters belonging to the Harley Davidson world or to the custom world in general. People who dedicate their life to grow their passion and are happy to tell you how they managed to build a new spare part of their motorbike, opening your heart to you in order to share their own emotions.

This publication is a photo diary of memories and emotions, which tell stories about the events as we lived them. A book which arises curiosity in those people who don’t know much about the bikers’ world and at the same time, will thrill and feel involved those who live this world from the inside.

But, will we ever be able to describe the emotion of a travelling mate standing up as an angel on his bike along the road?
