The loosely defined chapters of this book, listed opposite, were merely a guide to help organize my selections for inclusion, but as the reader will probably notice, many images could easily be transplanted or duplicated in other sections. I paid more attention to grouping of images that appear on a double page spread than to which chapter they fit best.
