A life-time resident of Wawa, Johanna has 30 plus years of researching, writing and sharing rich stories about the diverse history of the Wawa, Michipicoten and Superior East region. A certified member of the Canadian Association of Heritage Professionals and an Avocational Archaeologist, her passion for the stories in her own backyard come across in her writing, her story-telling and her guided walks to some of these same locations.
