Stefanie Wolfson is an artist currently living and working in New York. She received her BFA, with a concentration in Printmaking and Art of the book from the School of Visual Arts at SUNY Purchase. She continues her printmaking and bookmaking practice in her studio in Yonkers. NY. She has currently expanded her work into painting. Her work is based on natural landscapes. She feels drawn to nature and recognizes the importance of our ecology and climate in this current world.
Stefanie has had her work shown in a selection of galleries in both New York and New Jersey. She had a solo exhibition at Warren County College in Washington, NJ. She has been a recipient for both the Eric A. Arctander Grant, from Collaborative Concepts and the Honoring Binnie Grant, from the Center for Contemporary Printmaking.
