Surraya Drugovic earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Purdue University Global and completed a certificate program in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies through eCornell University. Since 2015, she has embraced a plant-based lifestyle and is passionate about sharing the benefits of plant-based cooking with others. Believing that food can heal, she aims to show that plant-based meals can be both enjoyable and nourishing. In her free time, Surraya loves to travel, explore new places, enjoy art, and spend time with family and friends. Through this cookbook, she hopes to inspire others to start cooking plant-based dishes and embrace a healthier lifestyle.
