I am a certified breathwork and meditation teacher and a health and wellness enthusiast who focuses on bettering the mind and body through natural means such as healthy eating, exercise, and breathwork.
I started making small lifestyle changes to my daily routine about 7 years ago and have grown mentally and spiritually ever since. Those changes are practicing yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and leading an active life. These healthy habits have made me a happier, more patient, disciplined, and grateful person.
I wrote "Bedtime with Bear" because it's important to teach kids how to manage their stress levels and develop healthy, happy habits. Children need simple and natural ways to remain calm, focused, and present in the moment. "Bedtime with Bear" will teach children to meditate so that they can focus on their goals and be led down the road to happiness.
