Kimberly Mo'nae Lester (Kimmonae), a native of Vienna, Georgia, has been writing stories, play/movie scripts, poems and song lyrics since the age of twelve. My Momma's Promise is her first published short novel.

She has four children books she is presently working on and hopes to have them published soon. When not writing, Kim enjoys editing her own photography and videography projects for music videos and commmercials. She also enjoys the bass guitar, playing basketball and watching Scooby Doo.
