I will open with the fact that I was an alcoholic and an addict for over twenty years. I started like most of you reading this book: stealing beer, which was my gateway, from my parents at the tender age of ten, progressing to buying marijuana from the Cleveland street corners at the age of twelve, which introduced me to harder drugs just a few years later. By the time I was twenty-one, I was an alcoholic and addict with intrusive behaviors- meaning that I got high or drunk on anything and everything, even if it cost me my soul, which I would have surely sold. As a result, my past life experiences with AoD paved the way for me to create The Four Quads.
