As someone who suffers various chronic illnesses, I wanted to create my own printed journal that I could record all the things I want to track in one place, rather than a few different journals or apps! I like writing my journal every day and I figured there are others in the chronic illness community who might enjoy the simplicity of this journal too! Who knows, I may create more if this is a hit! :)
