Alaskan Photographer who doesn't get borders. I am a third generation Alaska and graduated high school in the 1970's. I traveled the world and reached nearly 40 countries before returning to Juneau, Alaska to raise my family. I traveled to state of Alaska for work that took me to places most people have not. I was spoiled by my truer brushes with wilderness than most people will ever know. In 2019 I felt a need to travel closer to home and decided to move out from Alaska and tour the USA in a camper van I named Morrison. I visited as many parks and wild places as I could on a trip over a year in the making. During the year a thing called covid frightened everyone but I was allowed to traverse Canada being that it was the only way home for Alaskans.
I have written for magazines including Alaska Magazine and have won awards for my photography. I have 4 books out exploring Alaska available on my website; RowdyDogImages.com
