I believe in promoting fitness by considering overall wellness of both mind and body. With a focus not just on increasing strength and fitness level, we also provide an environment for women who may be experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety and panic, those who work hard and don't have a viable outlet for stress, and those who spend days at home with their children who may need to find a way to build resilience, positive self belief and mental strength again.

Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness, Bachelor of Psychology and certified in Group Fitness and Post Natal Exercise Programming. Our journals will help you track your progress with keeping mentally and physically strong.
