Maxwell was born Dubbo NSW 1949, adopted at birth. Member of The Royal Queensland Art Society, exhibits at Broadbeach Gallery. Booklet creating started while searching for his biological parents and documenting results from his searchings. This documenting led to his booklets, "Solve My Mystery," Seniors' Story, Post Adoption News Story, now "Down That Road,"
