Acerca del libro
In the summer of 2008 Susan and Spence Autry took their 10 year old grandson, Spencer, to the 145th Reenactment of the Battle of Gettysburg. They also visited Antietam, Ft. McHenry, the USS Constellation, Landis Valley Musuem and York.
But the highlight of the trip was tracing the route of Ruben Young Langston, Spencer's 4th Great Granddad, who fought with the 51st Georgia Regiment and died at Gettysburg on July 3, 1863. This made the trip well worth remembering.
Susan Autry designed the "scrapbook" pages using Photoshop Elements 7 and Spence layed out the book using BookSmart. Together they wrote the captions and stories.
