Acerca del libro
WHY THE JOURNAL WAS CREATED
It became evident that some type of debriefing was necessary as individuals progressed through the book. "Whose Apple is it, Anyway: The Journal" was created to document your journey and to release those things you need to talk about in “the moment,” at that point of revelation or enlightenment; that “Ah-ha” moment in which it all comes together.
HOW TO USE THE JOURNAL
The journal includes all the worksheets and lists mentioned in the book. There are also chapter sections for taking notes as you read. The journal is in full color and includes pages for affirmations and personal reflection.

Acerca del creador
🔯 WHO AM I AND WHAT DO I KNOW ABOUT TRANSFORMATION? I was a powerhouse in the boardroom while my personal life crumbled on every conceivable level. It was during my second emotional breakdown that I was forced to face how I used my career success to avoid facing the dysfunction that ruled my personal life and relationships. Everything I ever accomplished occurred in the midst of personal chaos. Carrying trauma from domestic violence, homelessness, sexual assault and divorce nearly sidetracked my life and career. After decades of abusive and toxic relationships, stifled professional growth, and financial devastation, it became clear that something had to change. I couldn't change my past but I could take revenge by helping others overcome mindsets that keep them stuck on the wrong side of destiny's door. Your Professional Life should Never Outshine Your Personal Life. Happiness in life, fulfilling relationships, and a rocking career is not a mutually exclusive concept.
