Drawing is a way to understand the world for Charles Parker Boggs, and later, drawing became the way to create his own world. The artist was born and currently lives in the mountains of eastern Kentucky where he uses his imagination and artistic skills to create things never before seen. Charles earned his MFA degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where he was awarded the Holderness Fellowship and the Howard Scholarship.
