Certified Holistic Nutritionist, fitness professional, health and wellness blogger, wife and mom to 2 boys. Amilian is a avid researcher and investigator when it comes to ingredients and living out a pure, holistic lifestyle. After battling with stomach issues and inflammation, which turned out to be “leaky gut syndrome," and then a serious bout with "adrenal fatigue syndrome"… she had to learn how to heal her gut, adrenals and body to restoration. Through this journey, she has tried and tested what it means to eliminate toxins, harmful chemicals and detrimental ingredients from her daily diet and lifestyle. She is an advocate for choosing organic, non-GMO, and clean ingredient food sources for her family, and wants to provide what she has learned throughout the years to you and your family.
