The project aims to demonstrate the diverse individual expression among those seeking peace in the EU, those who reached Greece in small boats that crossed the Aegean Sea from Turkey. Andrea intended to photograph each person as a separate individual, with his or her own expressions and reactions - and not only as part of a mass movement. This was what drove her to portray a few of the millions of refugees in this bay in Lesvos.
