Acerca del creador
Myron works from his home studio in Alexandria, Minnesota. His career as an illustrator for twenty years included 25 book and magazine publishers, university sports programs and many advertising clients. He was invited to teach illustration and painting at the Alexandria Technical and Community college, retiring from that position ater twenty eight years. He continues a third overlapping career painting portraits for private, academic, and corporate commissions. His work is in the permanent collection of two museums, the Mountain Oyster Club and many private collections. Sahlberg’s artwork currently shows in the National Cowboy Museum's Small Works, Great Wonders Art Show in Oklahoma City, the American Miniature Show at Settlers West Gallery, Tucson, the Mountain Oyster Club Contemporary Western Art Show, Tucson, and the Miniature Masterpieces Art Show in the Phippen Museum, in Prescott, AZ.
