This book of photography contains infrared images taken in the Enid Pearson-Arastradero Preserve located in the foothills of Palo Alto, California. The Arastradero Preserve, once home to a working ranch, was purchased by the city of Palo Alto in the 1970s. Since then a group of volunteers from a group called Acterra have been working to create an extensive trail system and restore the plant habitat within the preserve to its pre-colonial spendor.
