Gristle and Gravy represents a few of the wonderful faces and amazing places photographed by Kurt Kamka during the four years he lived in metro Manila, Philippines. During his time time there, he developed a great affinity for the people he met on his aimless, daily wanderings through the streets and barrios. A wonderful blend of up-close documentary, street and street portrait photos define his style. His personal discovery?
