Acerca del libro
While thousands of college students across the nation were fleeing campuses for Spring Break fun and sun, more than two dozen students, coaches and support staff from Western Kentucky University hopped in their cars and drove 235 miles to Whitesburg, Ky., a town of about 3,000 people, tucked among the rough ridges of Appalachian Coal Country.
The ACP’s mission is to teach students the art of visual storytelling while documenting the lives of the people and “countering negative stereotypes that are attached to the region.”
