It's impossible NOT to fall in love with Africa. It's not the animals. It's not the landscape. It's not even the amazing skies and the weather...no. It's everything and nothing, all at the same time! It's the world as it was and, maybe, as it still should be. Filled with a kind of effortless laughter in the midst of hardship, filled with hope and amazing beauty, filled with life. That was what I saw the first time I was in Africa and, even though this book has hundreds of images, I still don't feel I have said anything about Africa...maybe next time!
