I have been playing around with a camera for years, but this is my first book. There is no central theme in this collection of photos - just an eclectic mix of shots taken over time in different countries and circumstances. They illustrate the stages of my photographic journey - from 35mm to digital, from a small "point-and-shoot" camera to a more sofisticated SLR. Some of the images are shown just as they were taken, some have been enhanced and adjusted a bit.



All these images represent something special to me - an opportunity to share some great moments in my life with others by letting them experience life through my lens.



Ansel Adams once said: "A good photograph is knowing where to stand." I am grateful to sometimes be in the right place at the right time, with my camera along. As a photographer, there is no better feeling than making a picture that captures not only the visual image, but also the feeling, the mood of the moment.
