When you open the PDF for the first time, it may display one page at a time.

You can change the view so that two pages are displayed side-by-side. These instructions explain how to change the view in Adobe Reader so as to view this book properly.

1. From the View menu, choose Page Display.

2. Then select “Two Page View” and “Show Cover Page in Two Page View.”

You must select “Two Page View” AND “Show Cover Page in Two Page View.” in order to see the book correctly (otherwise, two page spreads will not display correctly).
