Our personal vacation photos. We visited Japan for 2 weeks in May 2015. We purchased Shinkansen (Japanese bullet train) passes and visited seven prefectures in 14 days. We spent a lot of time on planes, trains, buses, automobiles and just plain walking for about 12 hours a day but it was worth it because we got to see a lot of this beautiful country. According to Shino's relatives, we have experienced more of Japan in these two weeks than some Japanese have in their lives!

Prefectures we visited: Fukushima, Fukuoka, Kyoto, Nara, Ishikawa, Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama.
