This educational photobook describes some of the wildlife in three of the major protected National Parks in India. Bandhavgarh National Park in the Umaria district of Madhya Pradesh is home to one of the largest populations of the endangered Bengal or Indian tiger. Kanha National Park & Tiger Reserve is the largest national park in Madhya Pradesh and has one of the world’s last populations of vulnerable hard ground barasingha. Kaziranga National Park in the north-eastern region of Assam has a slowly increasing population of the vulnerable Indian one-horned rhinoceros.
