The finale year of the War of 1812 would be one of bloody show downs at Longwoods, Chippewa, Lundy's Lane, Fort Erie, and Malcolm's Mills. The War of 1812 would define a border, and start Canada down the road to it's eventual formation as a Nation as well as to help define who and what Canadians are.
