Acerca del libro
When Dan Wagner began developing his own film at the age of thirteen, he immediately realized he wanted to be a photographer.
When lacking a subject, Dan photographed himself. It was both a good way to bang out the final frames on a roll -- and an excuse to act out.
The photos in this book were taken between 1970, when Dan began his journey towards becoming a photographer, and 1982, when he opened his first photo studio in New York City.
In 2014, when Dan revisited the photos he'd taken of himself over the years he said, "Who I was I am not now.”
