Patrick Clement Ferguson has photographed Liverpool for three or four decades and has witnessed its recovery from a relative decline to once again a world city destination of choice. The 2008 'Capital of Culture' award gave the city another financial boost, and consequently Ocean Liners and Cruise Ships can now dock close to the city centre.
