In both color and black and white, these photographs document the desert landscapes and flora surrounding Tucson, Arizona. With ecosystems ranging from the open desert to alpine forests, this part of the world is a truly unique and beautiful place.

Acerca del creador
David Manzi is an electrical engineer specializing in the design of wireless communications systems. Originally a native New Yorker, he relocated to Arizona in 1999. Though it is not his native environment, David has come to appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of the Sonoran Desert. David enjoys travel and his photographic work reflects his perceptions of both his home and his exotic destinations. He currently resides in Tucson, where he lives with his wife Jen (an attorney) and their many companion animals.
