This anthology of verse was written by David Lewis for the Art in Nature exhibition that was held in the Old Laundry Barn at Riversdale in Eardisland in September 2009.
David was inspired to write these poems by the atmosphere of the barn and the beautiful riverside setting of the gardens.
The photographs were taken by James MacRae, either in the Old Laundry Barn or in the gardens and grounds at Riversdale.
