A photogaphic record of 3 days aboard the USS Kitty Hawk during operations 150 miles north east of Australia between 17th - 19th July 2007.



Includes extremely close up shots of both launch and recovery actiion .



The book also emphasises the 'human side' particularly the teamwork involved in efficiently running a front-line warship 24 hours a day and complemented by a crew of circa 5000 service personnel.



In summary, probably the best experience that I've ever had!
