Acerca del libro
This book of old photos presents the Emil B. Zoller family history. Volume One on these memoirs presents The Early Years. The casual snapshots become a visual history of what life was like in Jacksonville, Florida from 1900 - 1925. The City, Jacksonville Beach, and The Jax Fire Department, where Emil, Sr. spent most of his time, is documented right along with the family. In the book about The Great Fire of 1901, Fireman, Emil B. Zoller's story and his little six-year-old daughter's, Erma Zoller Oldham, recollections are recorded. Her Mother and brother, Oliver, are mentioned as they waited on a neighbor's porch to hear that the father was safe. These books will trace a family from that day to the present. Many of the Zoller family still reside in Jacksonville.
