Acerca del libro
At its simplest, the over-riding framework was to produce five photographic images everyday for a year.
The project was a re-interpretation of the United Kingdom's government health department campaign, that aimed to persuade the public to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables everyday for a healthier lifestyle.
The photographs explored the environments so often passed in the sleepwalk of daily commutes. Routine trips to and from the workplace, images from domestic environments and journeys made for leisure purposes.
There are many narratives that could be derived from within the project. Change, was one of the main motivations for the project. Growing urbanisation extending to the rural communities, with waterside housing and industrial developments. The rural idyll increasingly artificial.
