Acerca del libro
Consistent with previous GRI <http://www.globalreporting.org/> -compliant reports dating back to 2007, imc² is pleased to present its 2010 Positive Impact Report. Again aligned with global standards for voluntary financial and nonfinancial reporting, the report looks back at 2010, sets goals for 2011, and assesses the marketing agency’s relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, employees, local communities, and the environment.
2010 highlights include:
• Application of the agency’s ME+YOU approach with 86 percent of clients, and 13 percent of clients already experiencing measurable increases in trust and transactions
• 26 courses offered and 657 course units completed since launching imc² University, a learning program designed to support employees in their quest to learn, grow, and adapt
• 42 internal promotions made (about 17 percent of staff) and 98 percent of staff received profit-sharing payouts
• Averaged 18 volunteer hours per person to positively impact local communities
• 5,000 skills-based volunteer hours and $875,000 in professional services delivered to nonprofits
• One percent of profit directed to philanthropic organizations, in part through matching 16 employee-led fundraisers and a partnership with Acumen Fund
• 34 percent reduction of total carbon emissions compared to 2008
The report also presents target outcomes for 2011, which include increased impact on client trust and transactions, uniquely meaningful and rewarding opportunities for employees, and continued social and environmental investments. As in previous years, imc² plans to release quarterly progress updates against these goals. For more information, please visit www.imc2.com/#about_impact <http://www.imc2.com/about/impact.aspx> .
