Acerca del libro
This is a mini-project which took shape during our recent Rajasthan photography workshop tour, in November 2010.
During our recce visit to the Jaipur in 2009, Andy and I met and befriended Ram Hotla, our auto-rickshaw driver. In 2010, we arrived back in Jaipur with a group of photography enthusiasts and Ram again invited us to his humble home and village, where several of his family members live as a community, including his father and aunt, brothers and their spouses and children.
I decided on a morning of casual 'on-site' portraiture session inviting all his clan to come along to pose for a grand family photo.
"Thank you to the Hotla family for your hospitality, and friendship."

explorenation.net equals travel photography, publishing, exhibition, photography education and workshops. Founded by Steven Lee in 2006, an award winning UK based freelance photographer dedicated to the personal advancement of photographic objectives for all enthusiasts. Together with photographer Andy Craggs, World Travel Photography Workshop programs was set up in 2009 to cater for a growing demand in hands-on instruction and guidance in basic photographic practice since the ownership of DSLRs have become affordable. Steven has initiated the KL Photoawards in 2009 for Contemporary Portraiture (see www.klphotoawards.com). His personal works are mainly documentary and fineart in nature, often mixing travel photography with strong abstract visuals. Museo is his first Blurb printed book.
