Whilst traveling through Thailand in 2009 myself, my sister and one of my best friends embarked on a Thai cookery course. We were advised not to eat before hand and were glad we listened as it was a day of cooking and eating which we all thoroughly enjoyed!



The Thai way of cooking, seems to be 'add to taste' so I now see these recipes as guidelines to the final dishes.



If you have this book, either you've bought it or have received it as a gift, you will notice there are no photos of the finished dishes. Please take photos once you have made a meal and I will work at getting all the dishes illustrated!
