This book was born on a Family trip to our summerhouse in south of Iceland. It was the 3rd. day of the volcanic eruption in Eyjafjallajokull but it was the first day where we could see the eruption clearly without any clouds. I was amazed and at the same time shocked to see the power of the eruption and how fast the scenery changed. That´s why I started to take pictures with my small Canon G9 camera just to capture every moment, every second and every minute. At the end of the day I had already made a decision to make a photo book from these amazing pictures so I and my family could enjoy it later and also to divide this experience with others. After all it had such a huge effect on us all.
