A collection of recipes to commemorate the yacht Celebrity's successful circumnavigation of Tasmania, December 2009 to March 2010.

All recipes were created and/or consumed by the crew on board Celebrity during her return voyage from Adelaide to Tasmania.

Many of the ingredients were hunted and gathered at anchorages en route.
