Acerca del libro
The Extended Edition expands the visual universe of the Essential version, offering 40 original photographs born from the same 20-day immersion in rural Cuba. While it maintains the balance between fine art and documentary, this volume delves deeper—revealing new scenes, textures, and rhythms of contemporary guajiro life. The Cuban-born photographer, based in Lima and with years of teaching and retouching experience, presents compositions that, as in the Essential Edition, remain exclusive to this book. Through a more expansive lens, the series captures the fragile pulse of a culture rooted in land and memory, crafting a visual tribute to resilience, identity, and belonging.
