The Eastern Lowlands.
The Afar, Muslims, beautiful and tough people in a tough badland. Even in sub-sea level deserts, you can find them where you would never imagine that a man could live. Burned faces in a burned land.
The Highlands.
Amhara, Tigray, Oromo. Highlanders, proud people with kindness and gentleness.
Mainly Orthodox Christians, dating back from the 3rd century, yet many Muslims among them. The only sub-Saharan African territory with such a great history.
The South.
In the south, where tribes like the Mursi, the Hammer, the Karo, the Erbore, the Tsemaye and many others still live the way man were living on earth thousands of years ago. Nomads with their own language, their own manners and customs. A unique time travel.
