Antoine Weis is a retired university professor, who has taught and did frontier research in quantum mechanics, optics, quantum optics and atomic physics for several decades. He has been photographing for more than 60 years, specializing in bird photography more recently. He has obtained awards at several national and international contests. His passion for travel, nature, color, and light in all its manifestations remains the driving force of his life as a retiree.
