Acerca del libro
A trio of homegrown storytellers chronicle the history and birth of Coldingham Shore, Berwickshire, Scotland, during the late 18th century to the early 20th century. The authors, all of which were born in the “Rock House” in Coldingham Shore, include Daniel Cormack (1829-1892), Thomas Cormack (1882-1950), and Peter Johnston Cormack (1893-1967).
The book includes many historic photos, some from my own family, and many from well-known, turn-of-the-century photographers including John Wood (1854-1914) and James Valentine (1815-1879). Color has been added to most of these photographs to help bring them to life, no disrespect intended.
