Acerca del libro
Mayline and Demitri arrive at Lilith’s manor to fanfare and welcoming words. Though they are both aware that every move they make is under intense scrutiny, they play the game well enough that Lilith remains none-the-wiser of their ulterior motives. At least, she appears to be.
Lilith is a mastermind of manipulation and Mayline must do her very best to maneuver around the Prime Vampire’s manor, cohorts, and medieval displays of etiquette in order to find and rescue Stephano.
Will she be able to match Lilith’s dance of lies, or will she trip over her own morality and fall to her Grand Sire’s cunning? Demitri believes she can succeed, but Mayline isn’t so sure as she faces down myths, legends, and actions so inhumane that people become nothing but collectables and wine bottles to the ancient Vampire.

Acerca del creador
Sydnee A. Nelson was milked and teethed on the classical art of literature. Nelson’s parents had them and their two brothers listening to audio recordings of books like Redwall (Brian Jacques), Little Women (Louisa May Alcott), and Eragon (Christopher Paolini). With appetite whetted, Nelson proceeded to devour young adult fiction like Artemis Fowl and Half-moon Investigations (Eoin Colfer), horror novels like Salem’s Lot (Stephen King), and absolute classics in the fantasy genre from Lord of the Rings (J. R. R. Tolkien) and The Chronicles of Narnia (C. S. Lewis). From an early age, Nelson was making up stories in the backyard of their parent’s home alongside their older brothers and scribbling in tiny journals pretending to be an author signing the book for their fans. For as long as they can recall, they have dreamed of sharing their stories with the world.
