For our 2024 class project, my first graders explored why we shouldn’t be afraid of monsters.
We used lessons on :
Adjectives- What do monsters do? What do they like, What do they look like?
Rhyming- What rhymes with those adjectives?
It all culminated in a collaborative art project that shows, monsters aren't that scary.
