In this book a young boy finds a shirt that says "Big Bro" on it. He is confused because he does not have a big brother and he is not a big brother to anyone. After talking to his mom, he finds out that at one point he was going to be a big brother because his mom had a baby in her belly at one point, but not anymore. This book can be used as a tool to have a difficult discussion about miscarriage with a family.
