Acerca del libro
Geological Portraits is a lean photographic presentation that visually draws the reader into the drama and beauty of the geology of Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve in Colorado, El Rio Grande del Norte National Monument, Brazos Cliffs, Echo Amphitheater, Ghost Ranch and Abiquiu, the Sangre de Cristo and Jemez Mountains, Valles Caldera, Soda Dam, and El Malpais National Monument and Conservation Area. The stunning photographs act as a guide to explore further with the turn of each page.
