Over a period of 12 years I have travelled to Nepal on 8 occasions and photographed the landscape, the people and the villages. Here is a selection of those photos, all black and white which is my preference.

I am a retired medical scientist who always dabbled in photography and now I have time to dabble a little bit more. I am a keen bushwalker and photography goes well with that pastime. In recent years I have been trekking in Nepal several times and I have produced several books from my Nepal adventures. I use film cameras from 35mm to large format as well as a digital camera. When trekking I mostly use my Fuji X100 camera. It is compact and an ideal travel camera.
