Acerca del libro
A successful approach to conflict management is one where
everyone partners together respectfully, is equipped to make
their own decisions, and arrives at meaningful, lasting solutions
resulting in inner peace. This methodology is known as the
Collaborative, Facilitative, Interest-based (CFI) Model.
As human beings, we experience conflict. Through the CFI Model,
you can stay in a place of inner peace within yourself and pass the
gift of peace to others, even in the most challenging of disputes,
personally, as an informal facilitator, or as a professional conflict
manager.
Whether transacting business, conversing with friends and
family, co-parenting after a divorce, or socializing with strangers,
this approach works. It reveals how we are all connected and
brings us to the realization that we contribute to a greater good.
It is a way of life.
By employing the CFI Model for conflict resolution, you can rise
above day-to-day relational friction to a place of tranquility and
hopefulness. It is my desire that the strategies and techniques in
this book foster peace during the storms you and those around
you face.
